Hello world!

Here we are, beginning a new chapter in the life of AMC Consulting and Axel Meierhoefer. For the last 2 1/2 years I have been working and building AMC Consulting LLC. As with any new company, this is not an easy thask and a lot had to be learned. What we knew from the beginning was that we needed good support. Jess Haynie and his team have been there for us every step of the way and now we are having our own blog, through his help.

The purpose of this site will be to explore and provide content for smart individuals in the areas of personal and professional development, leadership, coaching, performance and talent development, and the specific area of Performance IQ. I can envision to add more categories over time, but initially I want to offer my thoughts, comments, and ideas to these subject areas.
